Rest 1 minute
Athlete will perform as many reps as possible in 1 minute at the first station. When the clock beeps, the athlete will go to the next station and begin the movement. The clock will not stop between each movement. At the end of a full round of each station, there will be one minute of rest before repeating. The score will be the total overall reps performed.
