Push Jerk Clinic (No Measure)

Learning the basics of the push jerk and differentiating it from the push press.

Metcon (Weight)

10 min EMOM

4 Push Press

1 Push Jerk
Pick a weight that you will be able to finish all reps with. If there is a round where you could not finish a rep, lower the weight for the next round.

We want to stay at the same weight for the majority of the rounds. If you need to change, do it in an early round.

*NO SPLIT JERK

Rest 3 minutes

Metcon (10 Rounds for reps)

10 min EMOM

10 Burpees
