100 Box Jumps, 24/20

100 Push-Ups

100 Abmat Sit-Ups

100 Air Squats

Partners can alternate reps however they want. Only one partner works at a time. You must tag your partner in or out.

At the end of every 2 minutes both athletes perform 5 burpees, then continue with other movements.
