Partner Cindy (Running) (Time)

30 Min AMRAP

5 Pull-Up

10 Push-Up

15 Air Squat

*While one partner is performing Cindy, the other partner will run 400 Meters. When the running partner returns, they will switch. Score is total rounds of Cindy performed. Partner performing Cindy will finish the round they are on if running partner returns before they are finished.
