20 Snatches, 95/65

Run 400 meter

20 Power Clean, 135/95

Run 400 meter

20 Front Squat, 135/95

Run 400 meter

20 Deadlift, 185/115

Run 400 meter
Each partner does 20 reps of each exercise, switch back and forth as necessary. When both partners are finished, they run 400 meters together. When they return they then perform the next movement in the same manner.

Each team only gets one barbell. Have weights ready to change as necessary.
