Metcon (Weight)

14 Minute EMOM

Odd Minutes: 3 Squat Cleans

Even Minutes: 6 Burpees
Squat clean, 75% one rep max

Metcon (No Measure)

Sled Drags

Each Person Performs 3 Sled Pulls

Minimum Weight: 115/75
Start from grassy area to the left of the gate when you enter. Athlete will sprint the sled up the hill to where the door is, then turn around and walk it back to the start.

The weight is a recommendation. Feel Free to add more if you feel froggy. You should be able to run.
