Paused Front Squat (3-3-3-3-3)

3 second pause. Use lighter weight that you can keep your chest up with during the pause.

Death By Pull-Ups (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Perform 1 Pull-Up the first minute. Perform 2 the second minute, and so on until all the pull-ups cannot be performed in that minute.

Score is the number of rounds and the reps you get into the next round.
