1600 meter run (each partner runs 400m twice)

100 jumping jacks

90 step ups 24″/20″

80 abmat situps

70 Air squats

60 OH plate alternating lunges (in place with plate; R=1, L=1) 45/25

50 Russian KB Swings (53/35)

40 V ups

30 Box Jumps 24″/20″

20 Push ups

10 Strict Pull-ups

*40 minute time cap

*Divide reps equally b/t partners however your team sees fit

*Only one partner works at a time
