Metcon (Time)

Divide into teams of 4

100 Tire Flips

1 Tire Flip

Jump into middle of tire, then jump out the other side.

Perform 5 air squats

Repeat

Four people will be assigned a tire. One person will flip the tire. That person will then jump to middle of tire and then jump out to the other side. Five air squats are then performed The next will then do the same thing. The next person cannot flip the tire until the first person is finished with their air squats.
