7 med ball cleans, 20/14

7 med ball sit-ups throwing ball up against wall, 20/14

Rest One Minute
On med ball sit-ups, you will perform thm just as an abmat sit-up except your toes will be against the wall. The ball touches the ground behind your head. you the perform a sit-up. When you are at the top of the sit-up you throw the ball up onto the ball 2-3 feet above you.
