75 Front Squats, 75/55

100 Push Ups

75 Hang Power Clean, 75/55

100 Abmat Sit-Ups

75 Push Press, 75/55

100 Double Unders
Divide reps as you see fit. Partners must run together and cannot begin the chipper until both team members enter the box.
