Tabata Push-up

Tabata Sit-up (abmat)

Tabata Air Squat

20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds rest at one station for 8 rounds. After 8th round, 10 seconds to move to next station and begin Tabata at next station.

Tabata Score is the total combined reps performed at all stations.
