Omnis CrossFit Daily WOD, 06/02/2015


Our second Foundations class will be Sunday, June 7th. If you missed the first one, and wish to attend, please reserve your spot. If you know of someone who has shown interest in joining Omnis CrossFit, please encourage them to sign up. The fee for the class is $75 for non members, but if they join in that same month, that price will be discounted from their first month’s membership.

Bent Over Row and Chin-Ups are super sets. Perform 8 Bent Over Row, then immediately perform 8 Chin-Ups.

Mountain climbers are knees to chest, not knees to elbows. Keep your butt down and core stable.
