75 Abmat Sit-Ups

50 Push Ups

25 Box Jumps

400 Meter Run

10 Snatches, 95/65

15 Power Cleans, 95/65

20 Front Squat, 95/65

400 Meter Run
Divide reps as needed between partners. Partners must run 400 meters together. Cannot begin snatches until both athletes enter the box.
