Then

5 RFT

10 Pullup

15 Air Squat

20 Abmat Sit-Up
Tire Flips:

Start 2 athletes at a time. Use same tires. Flip the tire, step or jump through to the other side then repeat. The rep is completed when you exit the tire on the opposite side.
