2 Clean Pull (Just Shrug)

2 Hang Squat Clean

Rest 3 minutes before next EMOM
This is not a max weight EMOM. Work on technique for following EMOM. Clean pull: Keep bar close to the body. Hit bar on your hips. Do not bend arms. High shoulder shrug with open chest.
