For time in teams of 3: only one person can perform reps at a time

90 T2B ( for reps to count each teammate must hold the top of the push up position)

300 DUs

90 Box jump overs (24/20)

400m Run*

For runs to count, all three teammates must be holding the same jump rope (‘No Man Left Behind’ style).
