Rest 5-7s between snatches.
These can be Squat or Power (if mobility doesn’t allow squat).
Add weight between sets as long as you are able to do so with good form.
15 Wallballs (20/14)
For OHS, choose a weight that is challenging, but still allows you perform 5 reps unbroken.
With a partner. 5 Rounds each, one works while one rests.
If there are odd numbers, it’s a 1:1 work:rest ratio.
