Teams of 4

1 member at each station

5 rounds

Tire Flips

20 meter Sled Drag, 70lb

Walking Lunges

Rest

1 minute of work at each station. 20 seconds in between to get to your next station. Score will be total reps of your team. If the teammate does not finish the sled drag they are on before time is out, they must stop there and the next teammate finish the drag. This rep however does not count towards the score. Sled must pass 20 meter mark.
