Back Squat, 95/65

Push Press, 95/65

Front Rack Lunge, 95/65

Teammates can divide reps however they please.

At the end of every 2 minutes during the workout, both team members must stop and perform 3 BURPEES before continuing.
Coaches: Keep track of 2 the minutes for burpees.
