This will be an active rest/recovery day. Come in and get mobile, work on something that you have been wanting/needing to. A short bodyweight METCON will be performed at the end of class.

Active Rest/Recovery

Overhead/Front Rack Mobility

Pick 3 stretches from posters on the wall. Hold each for 3 rounds of 30 seconds.

Thoracic Spine mobility

Same as above

Hip/Leg Opening

Same as above

After this athletes may choose one skill to work on. This will be a skill though and not for weight. For instance if practicing the squat snatch, stay very light weight and work on technique.

7 Prone Back Extension (Supermans)
