-Cindy: 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats

-Isabel: 30 Snatches

-Grace: 30 Clean and Jerks

Athletes can divide reps as needed. However when on athletes stops, they must perform 5 burpees before working again.
