Leg and Hip Mobility (No Measure)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

30 min EMOM

Min 1: 8 Push Ups

Min 2: 8 Toes 2 Bar

Min 3: 8 KB Swing, 53/35

Score is the number of full rounds that you get through. If you do not finish a round, take off a minute or two, and resume the workout. If you start out Rx+ then go to Rx, your score is how many complete Rx+ rounds you finish.

Scale: 5 reps each

Rx+: 10 reps of each
