8 Lateral Bar Over Burpees

16 Double Unders

*Front squat is 80% of your 2 rep max. This can be scaled to a lower weight if needed, but should feel heavy in the last reps. If you do not know your 2 rep max, or if it has been a long time since you found it, please ask your coach.
