Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 min Partner AMRAP

Partner 1: 20 Double Unders

Partner 2: 10 Burpees

Partner 1: 20 sec Handstand Hold

Partner 2: 20 Air Squats

*Partners will alternate rounds. During the first round, partner 1 will perform DU’s, then partner 2 will perform burpees, then partner 1 will perform handstand hold, then partner 2 will perform air squats. On the next round the partners will switch the movements.

*Handstand hold counts as 1 rep
