This is not the most weight you can do with bad form. We want to calculate future weights off of a solid 1 rep max deadlift.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Death By 10 Meters

1st minute: Run 10m

2nd minute: Run 20m

3rd minute: Run 30m

Continue until you cannot finish the distance required in that minute.
