*Pistols: Start movement by sending your hips back. DO NOT START MOVEMENT WITH YOUR KNEES!!!
Scales for pistols.
1. Using rack or band. Go down as far as you can. If your heel comes off the ground stop.
2. Squats with feet together. Get as low as you without coming up on your toes. Try to keep your knees together as well.
