Power Clean (2-2-2)

CrossFit Games Open 13.1 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

17-Minute AMRAP of:
40 Burpees to a 6″ target
30 Snatches, 75# / 45#
30 Burpees to a 6″ target
30 Snatches, 135# / 75#
20 Burpess to a 6″ target
30 Snatches, 165# / 100#
10 Burpees to a 6″ target
AMRAP Snatches 210# / 120#
Do not have to measure 6″, just try and jump to that height.

Scale #1: increase weights by 10# each round.

Scale #2: Perform 1/2 reps

Can combine the scales or do one or the other. Remember that the stimulus of the workout is to get as far as possible. Not just get to the second round to be Rx.
