2 Person Teams:

400m Run

3 Rds

20 Abmat Sit-Ups

20 Hand Release Push Ups

20 Wallballs, 20/14

Handstand Hold, 1 minute

*All reps are done in unison, including the run. Partners should be mirroring each other. If partners get off sync, the coach is allowed to no rep the team. On handstand hold, if one team member drops, the other must also drop.
