Tabata 2: Box Jumps/Step-Ups, 24/20

Tabata 3: Hang Cleans, 85/55

Tabata 4: Tabata Bottoms Squats

-Rest in the bottom of a squat.

*For the first three, athletes start at different stations. For the fourth all perform together.

*Step-Ups are allowed for Rx.
