Lateral Burpee onto Plate and Over, 45/25

Lunge Holding Plate, 45/25 (Not overhead) (R=1, L=1)

Russian Twist, 45/25 (R+L=1)
Must jump onto the plate after the burpee then jump to other side. Do not have to stand tall on the plate.

Bench Press (10-10-10)
