Split Jerk (3-3-3)

The split jerk is a dynamic movement. Doing more than 1 rep is very taxing. Pick a weight you can perform 3 reps. If you do not have a proficient push jerk perform that instead.

Metcon (Time)

3 RFT

20 Walking Lunge (total), not in place

12 KB Swing, 53/35

6 Box Jump, 24/20

Push Jerk (3-3-3)

Perform if you are new to the jerk.
