Bench Press (5-5-5)

Look at notes from last time. Superset with bent over row. Perform before row.

Bent Over Row (5-5-5)

Use same weight throughout. Pick a weight that you can do strictly without bouncing. Maintain tension in your upper back throughout the lift. Perform after bench.

*Start in heats. Everyone starts on the rower
