Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

7 min AMRAP

6 Athletic Burpees

8 HR Push Ups

10 Air Squats
Athletic burpee: Jump back into a push-up position but do not go down to the ground with your chest. Jump right back up to your feet then jump as high as you can.
