10 Junkyard Dogs (2nd part – over = 1, under = 2)

15 Abmat Situps

20 Air Squats

25 Jumping Lunges (R=1, L=1)

200m Run with 1 plate (25/45)

*Partners can divide reps as they see fit, but both must run together with one person holding plate and switching when needed.

*Run = 20 reps
