Front Squat (5-5-5)

Same weight. Look at previous weights and go up 5 lbs from last time. Not much history here so some people might not have any history.

Metcon (Time)

2 Person Relay

10 RFT (total)

5 Tire Flips

40m sled pull, 90/45

*Tire Flips: After flipping the tire the athlete must jump/step to the middle of the tire the to the other side then repeat.

*Sled Pull: 40m is 20m down and 20m back.
