*Deadlifts: Both athletes will deadlift the bar up. Then they will alternate deadlift from the hang position. If either athlete must drop the bar, they must stop working.
*Farmer’s carry will be performed by one athlete at a time. Only 1 carry per round.
*All other reps can be divided as necessary.
