There is alot of snatch work today. We are not necessarily building to new PR’s on these lifts. We will be doing alot of work so you will be tired. Rest between sets. Make sure all reps you are locking out before you stand tall (not pressing out overhead). Main focus will be to have a slow first pull of the ground and not jerk the wieght from the floor.
Power Snatch (4-4-4)
Hang Power Snatch (3-3-3)
Squat Snatch (High Hang) (2-2-2)
Come from the power position around mid thigh.
