Partner WOD – 20 minute AMRAP

20 Wall Balls (20/14) while partner hangs from pullup bar

20 KB Swings (53/35) while partner is in full plank

20 Russian Twists (45/25 plate) while partner holds squat below parallel

20 jumping lunges while partner rests

*divide reps as you wish, however, reps only count if nonworking partner maintains designated hold.

*score is total number if rounds and reps
