6 C2B Pull-ups

9 Box Jumps Overs

12 Deadlifts (135/95)

15 Mt. Climbers (L+R = 1)

One person works while one person rests. Alternate movements (P1 does 3 clusters, P2 does 6 Pull-ups, P1 does Box Jumps, etc).

Must come to full extension on the box jump over.
