Partner Up

Set up plates/box where you are right below parallel

Do no fully release tension on box/plates

Box Back Squat (3-3)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

4 Rounds

Plank Hold, 60 sec

Rest 30 sec

Row for Calories, 60 sec

Rest 60 sec between rounds

*Score is lowest number of cals rowed in a round

*If you break the plank, there is a 5 burpee penalty during the 30 sec rest period.
