Tabata 1:

Partner 1: Row (calories)

Partner 2: KB Swings (russian 53/35)

REST 1 minute

Tabata 2:

Partner 1: pullups

Partner 2: air squats

REST 1 minute

Tabata 3:

Partner 1: double unders (2 singles = 1 du)

Partner 2: box jumps (24/20)

REST 1 minute

Tabata 4:

Partner 1: abmat situps

Partner 2: pushups

REST 1 minute

Tabata 5:

Partner 1: jumping lunges (R=1 L=1)

Partner 2: mountain climbers (R=1 L=1)

Tabata Rounds 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest for 8 intervals. Both partners working different movements but at same time. Partners switch movements for every 20 seconds of work.

***SCORE: add together the averages of partners’ lowest reps from each tabata.
