Synchronized Burpees With Remaining Time

*Runs are performed together.

*Thrusters: Partners must go below parallel at the same time the be fully extended at the same time for the rep to count.

*Burpees: Partners must start with chest on the ground at the same time, and must finish in the air with hands above their heads at the same time.

*Scale: 27 Thrusters, 75/55. This will still count as Rx on whiteboard. Any other rep scheme or weights will not.

*If one teammate scales, the other must as well.

*Tiebreaker: Note time that you finish last set of Thrusters and write it in the notes.
