Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

28min AMRAP- with a partner

200m Partner carry (flat course, no hill)

50 Wallballs (20/14)

50 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

100 DUs

1) Split reps as needed

2a) If there is an odd number, or an athlete cannot carry their partner, a back rack barbell carry will be the modification

2b) On the Partner carry, switch as often as needed, but each each person must carry the other person/bar for at least part of each run
