Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

With a partner-

2 Rounds for reps:

Walking Lunges (L+R=1)

Mt Climbers (L+R=1)

Push Ups

Burpee to 6inch target

While 1 partner performs the movement, the 2nd partner runs 200m (or row 250 if running is not an option), then switch.

Both partners will perform all movements twice. Score is total Reps.
