3 Clean and Jerk, 145/105

Run 200m

2 Clean and Jerk, 155/115

Run 100m

1 Clean and Jerk, 165/125
Scale weights accordingly. Staying at initial weight or going up by 5 lbs is an option.

Jerks can be push or split.
