Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Partner WOD – 20 minute amrap

100m OH KB carry while partner performs goblet squats, then switch

100m KB farmer’s carry while partner performs Russian KB swings, then switch

100m front rack KB carry while partner performs goblet squats, then switch

100m KB farmer’s carry while partner rests, then switch

53/35 kb in each hand for 100m work

Score will be rounds and reps. Rounds= each time the above is completed. Reps= total number of goblet squats and kb swings. Every 50 reps will equal one additional round. Extra reps will be counted as reps.
