Metcon (Weight)

Snatch Ladder

Start at 50% 1 rep max. If this amount is lower than the barbell, start with an empty barbell.

Every 90 seconds go up 10lbs.

Score is highest completed weight within the 90 seconds.

Rep can be Power or Squat Snatch.

Must catch the barbell at least above your head to count.
Coaches allow 20 minutes for the ladder.
