Use a Dumbbell held under chin. Have a partner hold your feet down (soles flat on ground)

New Year’s Eve 2016

4 RFT:

12 Box Jumps

31 Double Unders (3:1 singles)

2016 Lbs Deadlift

Pick your own weight for Deadlift and do as many reps as it takes to get to AT LEAST 2016 lbs. (SCALE – no more than 20 reps per round)

Examples:

95 lbs x 22 reps = 2090 lbs

135 lbs x 15 reps = 2025 lbs

225 lbs x 9 reps = 2025 lbs
