start at first cone – sprint to middle cone and touch; sprint back to beginning cone and touch; spring to end cone and touch; sprint through first cone for time.

Max Distance Broad Jump (Distance)

Distance is measured from the starting point to where heels are when you land. If you fall backwards, jump does not count.
